Former Funeral Director Indicted for Keeping Human Remains in Weymouth Storage Facility

A former funeral director, who allegedly stored human remains in a Weymouth storage facility, was indicted on Wednesday.

NECN reported that Joseph O’Donnell, 56, of Mattapan, was indicted in a 278-page indictment on charges of keeping decomposed human remains.

He also faces other charges, including theft and forging records.

O’Donnell was charged in July after police reportedly found human remains in East Somerville and Weymouth storage facilities.
