Cinzi Lavin and Mike Heart will be providing information and demonstrations on the many benefits found in the gentle physical movements of Tai Chi and Chair Yoga. Tai Chi is a series of bodily movements performed in a slow and graceful manner. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. Participants will have the opportunity to experience both these practices. No experience is necessary. This is part of a free Mind, Body, and Spirit monthly series held at Pilgrim Church.
