Get in the Flow - Tai Chi and Chair Yoga

Cinzi Lavin and Mike Heart will be providing information and demonstrations on the many benefits found in the gentle physical movements of Tai Chi and Chair Yoga. Tai Chi is a series of bodily movements performed in a slow and graceful manner. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. Participants will have the opportunity to experience both these practices.  No experience is necessary.
