Pedestrian Hurt After Being Struck By Vehicle in Weymouth
A 66-year-old Hull man suffered injuries after he was struck by a vehicle on Route 3A on Monday night.

A 66-year-old Hull man was transported to the South Shore Hospital after he was struck by a vehicle while trying to cross Route 3A in Weymouth on Monday night.
Weymouth Police said the victim suffered non-life treating injuries. They do not know his current status.
The victim was crossing the street from the Arbor Inn towards the shopping plaza on Bridge Street, when he was hit by a white 1997 Subaru Legacy at approximately 9:17 p.m.

He was not in a crosswalk, according to Weymouth Police Capt. Rick Fuller.
Fuller said the vehicle was travelling southbound at the time of the accident. The operator has not been issued any citations at this point. Police did not release his name.

Weymouth Police are still investigating the accident.
