L.I.F.E Health & Fitness Center Hires Cheryl Springsteen as its New General Manager

Former Curves for Women Owner to Oversee all Business Operations at Quincy's Newest Health and Fitness Facility

Quincy, MA (December 4, 2014) L.I.F.E Health & Fitness Center is proud to announce the hiring of Cheryl Springsteen as its new general manager.

Cheryl Springsteen has over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, and owned Curves for Women in Quincy from 2009 to 2013. At L.I.F.E Health & Fitness Center, Cheryl will oversee all day-to-day business operations, manage current and incoming staff and assist Founder Dwayne Anderson with conceptualizing programs, business development initiatives and ongoing facility renovations.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Dwayne and his L.I.F.E Health & Fitness Center team, and hope to make an immediate impact as we continue to go through the renovation process,” said General Manager Cheryl Springsteen. “I know what it’s like to own and operate a successful health and fitness center, and the challenges that come along with it. My expertise and experience should help Dwayne and his team navigate through those potential challenges, and have the city of Quincy looking at L.I.F.E Health & Fitness Center as the city’s premier health and fitness facility in a couple months.”

L.I.F.E. Health & Fitness Center recently opened its doors at 150 Parking Way in Quincy, replacing Super Fitness, and is currently undergoing a 3-month renovation and transformation process with $80,000 in new equipment thus far.
