Man in Weymouth Crash Was Scheduled to Lose His License
Thomas Mohan was ordered to hand over his license prior to a crash that sent a pedestrian to the hospital.

WEYMOUTH, MA - A man who allegedly crashed a vehicle and hit a pedestrian while drunk was about to lose his license, state transportation officials said.
Thomas Mohan, 51, of Weymouth, was issued a citation on Feb. 11 for an alleged criminal motor vehicle violation, according to the Boston Globe. According to a police report, Mohan crashed into a stopped car, pushing it into a third car. He was not drunk at the time of the crash, but he was scheduled to turn in his license by next Friday.
Tuesday, Mohan allegedly drove down Route 53 before hitting a vehicle and a pedestrian. Video of the sobriety test shows Mohan falling on his face before being taken into custody. Prosecutors said he had a blood alcohol content level of .36.

He was ordered held on $15,000 cash bail. His license was suspended for 180 days.
