Motorcycles to Ride For Weymouth Murder Victim

Hundreds of motorcycles will ride through the South Shore on Saturday for in memory of a 6-year-old Weymouth girl who was raped and murder in 2007.

The bikers will travel  along a 35 mile escorted path through the South Shore to raise money in memory of Joanna Mullin, who was murdered by her cousin, Ryan Bois. 

Bois is serving two life prison terms for the crime.    

Proceeds from Saturday’s 6th annual Joanna Mullin Motorcycle Run will go to Joanna’s Place, which provides support for families dealing with tragic loss, according to Boston.com.

Tickets for the event will be sold for $25 at the door and T-shirts will be provided on a first come first serve basis, according to the Joanna Mullin Bike Run Facebook Page.

The ride will start and end at the Weymouth Elks Club at 1197 Washington St in Weymouth MA.
