No Charges for Man That Fatally Struck Weymouth Woman

Louis Yeary will not face charges for hitting and killing Weymouth woman with a snowplow during a February snowstorm.

A snowplow driver who hit and killed a Weymouth woman in February will not face charges.

Louis Yeary was facing a charge of misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation, but a clerk magistrate in Quincy District Court ruled that there was insufficient probable cause to support the charges according to WCVB.

In February, Yeary was plowing the parking lot of a Weymouth condo complex when he struck resident Cynthia Levine. Witnesses told police that Levine walked behind the plow as it was backing up when she was struck. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
