Police Log: 3rd Shoplifting Offense, Drug Possession, and More

April 1

7:12 a.m. - After a motor vehicle accident on Middle Street, Derek Edmonds, 30, of Weymouth was arrested with a warrant.

11:06 a.m. - Megan Walsh, 29, of Canton, was arrested and charged with her third shoplifting by asportation offense and possession of a Class A drug.

1:17 p.m. - Police arrested two people on shoplifting charges at Wal-Mart on Middle Street. Jill Coad, 47, of Abington, was arrested with four warrants and charged with larceny over $250. Amanda Keaney, 25, of Halifax, was charged with larceny over $250.

4:41 p.m. - Responding to a fight on Bursley Road, police arrested Jamie Mayher, 27, of Marshfield with a court warrant for being a fugitive from justice.

April 2

1:28 p.m. - Steevens Calixte, 31, of Weymouth was arrested on King Street on a court warrant as a fugitive from justice.

3:08 p.m. - Amanda Butts, 32, of Weymouth, was arrested with a warrant at the Weymouth Police Department and charged with possession of a Class C drug and possession of a Class B drug.

4:34 p.m. - Shenna Leroy, 31, of Weymouth, was arrested at Wal-Mart on Middle Street and charged with her second shoplifting by asportation offense, two counts of possession of a Class E drug, and possession of a Class C drug.

7:07 p.m. - Investigating suspicious activity at Starbucms on Main Street, police arrested and charged Joseph Donovan, 34, of Weymouth with larceny from a building and larcely over $250 by single scheme.

April 3

3:06 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, Luiz Arduini, 27, of Plymouth, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, and a marked lanes violation.

7:02 a.m. - Cassandra Chavis, 19, of Weymouth, was arrested with a warrant on Louds Avenue.

9:55 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near the Braintree line on Washington Street, Kevin Doyle, 53, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class B drug, possession to distribute a Class B drug, and failure to stop for police.
