Police Log: Assault at Weymouth Fast Food Restaurant

Friday, April 26:

At 1:48 a.m. a caller reported an assault and battery at the McDonalds on Main Street.

At 8:14 a.m. police arrested Kevin Braaten, 26 of Weymouth for using a vehicle without authority.  The arrest was made on Front Street.

At 12:15 p.m. police arrested Shawna Brown, 22 of Weymouth for receiving stolen property worth over $250.  The arrest was made at the Nevin Professional Building on Main Street.

At 1:08 p.m. police arrested Dennis Hugo Castro, age 30 of Brockton for drug possession.  The arrest was made at the South Coastal Animal Health Center on Main Street.

At 3:05 p.m. a caller reported a shoplifting at the Shaw’s on Middle Street.  No arrest was made.

At 5:19 p.m. police arrested Donald Swift, 43 of Weymouth and Christopher Glowick, 31 of Hyde Park for drug possession.  The arrests were made at the intersection of Front Street and Franklin Street.
