Police Log: Conspiracy, Larceny, and More

February 2

1:33 p.m. - James McKeon, 21, of Lowell, was arrested with two warrants at Spectrum Rehab on Main Street.

February 3

8:29 p.m. - Cinnamon Jones, 41, of Norwell, was arrested at Shaw’s and charged with shoplifting by asportation.

February 4

1:56 p.m. - After a motor vehicle accident at Queen Ann Gate Apartment at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Washington Street, Michael Demling, 59, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with his second operating under the influence of liquor offense, leaving the scene of property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

5:31 p.m. - Police made two arrests for shoplifting at Wal-Mart on Middle Street. William Nessralla Jr., 26, of Brockton, was charged with two counts of larceny over $250, resisting arrest, and conspiracy. Nelson Diaz, 46, of Brockton, was charged with larceny over $250, resisting arrest, conspiracy, and assault and battery on a police officer.

9:52 p.m. - Jason Presente, 40, of Weymouth, was arrested with a default warrant at Dunkin’ Donuts on Bridge Street.
