Police Log: Drug Possession, Fugitive From Justice, and More

March 2

11:52 a.m. - After a car accident at the intersection of Middle and Washington Streets, Ismael Diaz, 48, of Weymouth, was arrested on a court warrant as a fugitive from justice and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop/yield.

6:40 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Winter and Main Streets, Robert Hock, 42, of Dorchester, was arrested and charged with two counts of possession of a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug law.

March 3

1:42 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Alroy Road, Robert MacFawn, 32, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor; negligent operation of a motor vehicle; a marked lanes violation; and resisting arrest.

12:10 p.m. - After police responded to a report of suspicious activity near Master Glass on Washington Street, Mariann Gardner, 58, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate drug law and distributing a Class B drug.

5:12 p.m. - George Duffney III, 48, of Norwell, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense and speeding.

March 4

12:42 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near Citgo on Bridge Street, Brian Bradley, 29, of Cohasset, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation.

11:50 a.m. - Susan Campbell, 50, of Weymouth, was arrested on a court warrant as a fugitive from justice on Prospect Hill Drive and charged with assault and battery on a police officer.

12:58 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Federal and Summer Streets, Meghan Meguro, 28, of Holbrook, was arrested and charged with unsafe operation of a motor vehicle; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; obstruction of justice; possession of a Class E drug; and being a motor vehicle operator refusing to identify herself.

5:42 p.m. - William Mavrides, 27, of Weymouth was arrested with a warrant near Donut King on Middle Street.

8:58 p.m. - During a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street, Mark Waters, 51, of Weymouth, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; speeding; and possession of a Class B drug.
