Police Log: Third OUI, Drug Possession, and More

10:31 p.m. - Responding to a motor vehicle accident on Broad Street, police arrested and charged James Macfee, 53, of Weymouth, with operating under the influence of alcohol, third offense, operating under the influence of drugs, operating a motor vehicle to endanger, failure to use a car while starting/stopping/backing up, possession of a Class C drug, and possession of a Class E drug.

10:07 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Washington Street and Westminster Road, James Parkinson, 54, of Hull, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense and making a right turn on red where prohibited.

10:18 a.m. - During a motor vehicle stop near Church Street, Kevin Devarennes, 23, of Braintree, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and not having an inspection sticker.
