radius financial group inc. was recently an honoree at The Ad Club’s 20th Anniversary of the Rosoff Awards, the region’s premier celebration of diversity within the workplace.

The Ad Club’s Rosoff Awards are known as the region’s most esteemed award ceremony commemorating businesses that influence diversity amongst the workplace. The Rosoff Awards is a celebration of the embracing of diversity and inclusion as an innovation tool, a way to spark ideas, imagination and collaboration.

This year, the Rosoff Awards honored the visionary organizations that embrace diversity not as a mandate, but as a movement. WBZ-TV Journalist Paul Burton emceed the evening, which capped off with a presentation of awards.

In keeping with the new vision of the ceremony, Lee Pelton, President of Emerson College and Bob Rivers, President and COO of Eastern Bank were honored with 20/20 Visionary Awards. The new award was established to recognize individual leaders who embrace diversity not as a mandate, but as a movement that will take them to the edge of innovation, inspiration and excellence.
