Stalker Who Threatened to Castrate and Torture Kevin Spacey Sentenced to Prison
The woman who threatened the Oscar-winning actor with bomb threats, castration and torture received a maximum sentence.

Kevin Spacey’s stalker was sentenced to four years and three months in prison by a federal judge in Boston on Wednesday.
Linda Louise Culkin of Quincy was ordered to compensate Spacey $124,000 for the money he spent on bodyguards, the Boston Herald reported.
The 55-year-old woman threatened to bomb, torture, castrate and disembowel the actor.

Prosecutors called Culkin’s two-year spree of cyberstalking “persistent and malevolent,” the Herald reported.
Culkin pleaded guilty last November to charges of mailing threatening communications and sending false information regarding explosives.

Authorities said they found a picture of Spacey with his eyes and mouth scribbled out and several copies of a page called “Killing Kevin Spacey” in Culkin’s apartment, NY Daily News reported.
Culkin has about 18 months left in her sentence and has been in jail since January 2012.
Spacey was not present at the sentencing. “It is difficult to measure the degree of terror this situation has caused,” he said in a victim impact statement.
Culkin apologised for her actions and said she had mental health issues, according to the Herald.
Spacey stars in “House of Cards” and has won Oscars for “Unusual Suspects” in 1996 and “American Beauty” in 2000.
