Super Fitness of Quincy Hands Keys Over to L.I.F.E. Health & Fitness Center After 22 Years in Business

L.I.F.E. (Life is Fitness and Exercise) Health & Fitness Center will open the doors to its first fitness facility on Monday, September 15, 2014, replacing Super Fitness on 150 Parking Way in Quincy, which has been in business since 1992.

Dwayne Anderson, Founder of L.I.F.E. Professional Trainers has been operating his personal training business within the Super Fitness facility since 2009. When the owners and operators of Super Fitness were looking to exit the business, Anderson fulfilled his life-long dream by transitioning his personal training business into owning and operating his first fitness facility venture where he will house L.I.F.E. Professional Trainers, and continue to practice the fitness and workout regimen that has nurtured success as L.I.F.E. Health & Fitness Center.

L.I.F.E. Health & Fitness Center will undergo a 3-month renovation and transformation process beginning with men and women locker rooms. Renovations will continue throughout the following months with equipment replacement, massage therapy, juice bar, tanning, office space and nutrition center. Everything will conclude with a grand opening celebration in December 2015.

L.I.F.E. Health & Fitness Center will utilize the lower half of the former Super Fitness facility and will offer free weights, cardio exercise machines, one-on-one and group personal training along with specialized classes including P90X, boxing, boot camps, cross training and diet & nutrition consultation. L.I.F.E. Health & Fitness Center will inherit Super Fitness’ existing membership and will provide incentivizing membership opportunities for new members as well.
