The one-hour workshop provides education on risk factors for falls and offers practical solutions to prevent such ricks. The program is recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s Initiative on Falls Prevention and Health Promotion. The guest speakers are Bernadette Ward, PT, CDP, Rehab Manager and Anne-Marie Powers PRS, CDP of the NVNA and Hospice. Refreshments will be served and participants may RSVP at 781-383-6300.
