A Weymouth man is being charged with indecent exposure after an incident at the North Quincy train station.Stephen McHugh, 25, was arrested on Wednesday night by transit police and is expected to be arraigned in Quincy District Court today.According to police, McHugh was on the Hancock Street side of the parking lot facing the Red Line platform with his genitals exposed while urinating. According to the police report, "patrons exiting the train could clearly view McHugh."Officers then approached McHugh and took him into custody.Photo Credit: MBTA Police
