Weymouth Police Log: Resisting Arrest, Class B Drug, and More

August 25

4:19 a.m. - Aisha Atkinson, 33, of Boston, was arrested on King Avenue and charged with disturbing the peace.

5:40 p.m. - Jeffrey Sardina, 54, of Weymouth, was arrested at Pope Towers on Water Street and charged with possession of a Class B drug subsequent offense.

6:49 p.m. - During a traffic stop on Pleasant Street, Robert Kindelan, 53, of Weymouth, was arrested on two warrants.

August 26

11:15 a.m. - Joseph Grenier, 23, of Weymouth, was arrested on Essex Street and charged with failure to stop for police, resisting arrest, and operating a motor vehicle to endanger.

12:53 p.m. - During a traffic stop near Cumberland Farms on Main Street, Kenneth Russell, 56, of Hanover, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, receiving stolen property under $250, attaching plates, marked lanes violation, and on a warrant.

12:27 a.m. - David Marchant, 32, of Dorchester, was arrested at the Sand Trap Bar and Lounge on Bridge Street and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol, assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest, and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.
