Weymouth Police Search For Man Who Entered Home Swinging a Hammer
Police search for a 6- foot tall clean shaven white male who entered a Weymouth home waving a hammer. The suspect got away with cash.

Police are searching for a young white male in his 20s or 30s who they believe forced his way into a South Weymouth home using a hammer and stole cash.
On the morning of August 9, police said the suspect forced his way into the home, on Roberts Drive after he claimed he was a delivery driver. The suspect allegedly waved a hammer at the homeowner Roberts Drive in South Weymouth and directed the victim to the basement where he located money that was hidden in the ceiling.
“We believe that the suspect targeted this specific home and that it was not a random act,” Capt. Rick Fuller said in a statement.
