Weymouth DPW Employee Charged With Fourth OUI After Allegedly Rolling Over Town Truck

Bail for Raymond F. Dorval, 51, of Weymouth, was set at $10,000.

Police say a Weymouth town employee was intoxicated when he was behind the wheel of a town dump truck that rolled over Saturday.

Raymond F. Dorval, 51, of Weymouth, was arrested Monday afternoon at South Shore Hospital. He pleaded not guilty to drunken driving (fourth offense), driving to endanger, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation, and speeding during an arraignment at the hospital according to the Boston Globe. Bail for Dorval was set at $10,000

On Saturday afternoon, a rollover involving the truck was reported on Front Street. Dorval was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
