Hingham Police arrested a Weymouth woman on Tuesday night after she was caught tampering with price tags by store security. Security at Kohl's Department Store reported a shoplifter at 8:48 p.m. Hingham Police arrived and arrested Courtney Gioncardi, 28 of Weymouth at  for shoplifting by tampering with price tags and shoplifting by concealing items worth over $100.
