Active Wilmington Coronavirus Cases Back Down To 22
Outside of long-term care facilities, the town's active case count is down to the level on April 1, after peaking at 79.
WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington's new coronavirus active case count has dropped to its level at the beginning of April, outside of long-term care facilities. Just 22 residents have active cases, as of Monday.
The town had the same number of confirmed cases outside of long-term care facilities on April 1. In the interim, it hit as many as 79 cases, on April 6. On May 6, there were 30 active cases.
There are still two active outbreaks at long-term care facilities, as of Monday. CareOne had 30 active cases, while Windsor Place has 16.
