New Minutemen Officers Welcomed With Ceremony

Members of the Wilmington Minutemen get ready for their busiest time of year with a new set of officers.

The local group, , installed new officers during its annual ceremony on Sunday.

Among those in attendance were Sentator Bruce Tarr, Representative James Miceli, Historical Commission chairman Carolyn Harris and James Banda, founder of the Wilmington Minutemen.

Officers who were elected this year are Captain Mike Kelley, Lt. Paul Rich, Adj. Sgt. Frank West and Company Sgt. Bill Robinson.
