• NOW HIRING: Town Of Wilmington Has 7 Active Job Openings (wilmingtonapple.com) — Wilmington residents have seven chances to work for their own town, with openings ranging from a part-time crossing guard and museum curator to full-time roles like public safety dispatcher, therapist, and senior clerk. Applications go through the Town Manager's Office, either by mail to Glen Road or by email with your materials attached.

• Wilmington cancels Flock camera contract (wcvb.com) — Wilmington is pulling the plug on its Flock Safety license plate cameras, ordering the two devices at Middlesex Avenue/Federal Street and Main Street/Bridge Lane removed as soon as possible amid privacy concerns. Officials acknowledge police found the cameras useful, but say residents' questions about data use and sharing now outweigh the benefits, even as other Massachusetts cities reassess similar systems.
