Shawsheen Avenue Crash: Two Injured After Monday Night Collision: Reports
Police responded to a serious car crash on Shawsheen Avenue in Wilmington Monday night.
WILMINGTON, MA — Police closed Shawsheen Avenue between Nichols Street and the Billerica town line Monday night after a minivan crash on Shawsheen Avenue, according to reports from the Lowell Sun and WHDH, 7-News.
Reports indicate that the crash occurred around 11 p.m. Monday night, and that two people were seriously injured as a result of the crash.
The Lowell Sun's report indicates that a minivan went out of controland struck at least one tree before coming to rest in a yard on Shawsheen Avenue.

Wilmington police announced via Twitter Monday night that Shawsheen Avenue from Nichols Street and the Billerica line was closed due to a serious crash at around 11:09 p.m.
