Tewksbury Man With History Of Drug Charges Arrested In Wilmington
In 2015, the man was arrested by Tewksbury Police during a drug deal in front of a two-year-old child.

WILMINGTON, MA -- Wilmington Police arrested Jason Hines, 44, of Tewksbury, after responding to a call at the Dunkin Donuts on Middlesex Avenue at 1:21 pm Tuesday afternoon. According to the Wilmington Police log, a caller reported a tall man wearing a grey hat, earrings, shorts and glasses spent a long time in both bathrooms and then loitered in front of the store. The caller said she had found "numerous needles" in both bathrooms.
Hines was charged with possession of fentanyl, a class B drug. He was released on bail.
In November 2015 was one of three people accused of dealing heroin in front of a two-year-old child following a drug investigation by Tewksbury Police. Police recovered 10 grams of heroin on Hines and charged him with possession of a class A drug and resisting arrest.

In June 2015 Tewksbury Police arrested Hines and two other men on drug distribution charges after an investigation that was prompted by an anonymous letter to the department. Hines was charged with possession of heroin.
