VIDEO: Colors Worth Dying For

Wilmington Minutemen and a group of about 30 residents young and old paid their respects to the American Flag on Thursday, honoring Flag Day with a retirement ceremony.

After collecting faded and tattered flags for the last several weeks, the Minutemen had a large collection of flags that were folded and dropped into a fire pit with the words, "I retire this flag with dignity."
