We're One Wilmington Founder Running For Select Board
If elected, Jomarie O'Mahony would be just the sixth woman to serve on the Wilmington Select Board.

WILMINGTON, MA -- We're One Wilmington President Jomarie O’Mahony took out nomination papers Wednesday to run for the Wilmington Select Board. According to the Wilmington Apple, which first reported this story, O'Mahony is the first candidate to signal she would run for the unexpired term of Selectman Ed Loud, who said this week he will resign following the board's Feb. 11 meeting.
In addition to founding We're One Wilmington, O'Mahony is Gov. Charlie Baker's appointee to the Wilmington Housing Authority and is vice president of the Greater Lowell Children’s Fund. She also serves on the Board of Directors at Wilmington Community Television and involved as a volunteer with several other Wilmington-focused nonprofits.
