Wilmington Coronavirus Update: 29 Confirmed Cases, 4 Recover
Four Wilmington residents were released from isolation after recovering from the virus, Thursday.
WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington has 29 confirmed cases of the new coronavirus, as of Thursday afternoon. Health Director Shelly Newhouse wrote on Facebook that four residents with the virus were released from isolation Thursday after recovering. Seven residents are in quarantine.
Some prior quarantines have tested positive, Newhouse noted.
"Please practice social distancing. I can't emphasize this enough," Newhouse wrote. "I expect a surge in cases in the next two weeks."
