District Attorney Marian Ryan announced on Tuesday indictments that were handed down between Dec. 13 and Jan. 27. One case with Wilmington ties was announced.
Michael Lena, 44, of Wilmington, was charged with attempted murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery causing serious bodily injury (2 counts), assault and battery on a household or family member (2 counts), strangulation or suffocation (2 counts), stalking, and witness intimidation. The Assistant District Attorney is Suzanne Kontz.
