Wilmington Lottery Winner Featured On 'My Lottery Dream House'
Nicholas Rocco purchased his winning ticket in Wilmington in October, and will be on the hit HGTV show next month.

WILMINGTON, MA — A Medford man who won $650,000 after buying a scratch ticket in Wilmington last fall will be featured on the hit HGTV show "My Lottery Dream House." The show follows host David Bromstad as he helps people with recent lottery windfalls find a home worthy of their new tax bracket.
In a Facebook group for Wilmington residents, Rocco, 24, posted photos of himself and his fiance with Bromstad but offered few other details. He did, however, hint that Season 5, Episode 7 might make a stop in Wilmington.
"You will see," Rocco wrote when asked if he lived in Wilmington. The episode is scheduled to air next month.

Rocco took an instant payout option of $650,000 when he won on a ticket he purchased at Wilmington Nouria on Main Street last October, according to the Massachusetts Lottery. At the time, he told lottery officials he had bought his first house at 22 and had already bought one with his lottery proceeds, with plans of buying "a couple more."
