Wilmington Man Indicted On Drug Charge In NH
Court docs: James Welch was arrested in Salem, NH, on a fentanyl possession charge. Also, a Methuen man was indicted for theft by deception.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
James Welch, 24, of Cottage Street in Wilmington, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 28, 2016, in Salem.
Richard Webster, 26, of Burrill Avenue in Methuen, MA, for felony theft by deception. Between Sept. 20, and Oct. 19, 2016, he allegedly exercised control of more than $1,000 from Piercing Pagoda in Salem by reprinting receipts and creating the impression that he was completing a return to steal the cash.
