Woman Allegedly Found Walking Around Naked in a Salem Store: Log
Police: New Boston woman charged with forgery and Boston, Cambridge, Lawrence, Methuen and other residents charged with shoplifting.

SALEM, NH — Vicki M. Mantia, 40, of Harvey Street in North Cambridge, MA, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested after an alleged shoplifting incident at Target on South Broadway.

Nicholas B. Messina, 25, of Nichols Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2016, on a warrant for willful concealment, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Jonathan C. Tallent, 32, of Farragut Road in Boston, MA, was arrested at 11:42 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2016, for willful concealment. He was arrested on a warrant.
Jennifer L. Talley, 28, of Bradford Street in Lawrence, MA, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2016, for willful concealment. Police were sent to Kohl’s on Cluff Crossing Road after loss prevention reported a female shoplifter leaving the store in a white SUV. The vehicle was stopped and Talley arrested.

A 16-year-old and a 15-year-old were arrested at 3:23 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2016, on willful concealment charges after an alleged incident at Lord & Taylor at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
Alisa M. Lowden, 23, of Styles Road in New Boston, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, on six counts of forgery and issuing bad checks ($1,501+), all felonies. She was arrested on a warrant.
Richard E. Webster, 26, of Burrill Avenue in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 12:16 p.m. on Nov. 18, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking ($1,001-$1,500). He was arrested on a warrant.
William P. Moschetto, 54, of Summer Street in Salem, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for aggravated DUI, driving after revocation or suspension, breach of bail, and stop/yield sign violations. He was arrested on Millville Street at Dyer Avenue after a two-vehicle crash. Moschetto was transported to Parkland Medical Center and arrested later.
Marilina Mejia, 60, of Camelia Teoli Way in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 5:52 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for robbery and willful concealment after an alleged incident at Bob’s Stores on Cluff Crossing Road.
Trevor J. Bouvier, 23, of Coventry Lane in Salem, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2016, for DUI and open container. He was arrested after police were sent to Walmart for a motor vehicle complaint. A caller reported a Subaru striking a guardrail on I-93 and then traveling on Route 28 to Wendy’s. Officers met up with the driver – Bouvier – and he was arrested.
Mary Bishop, 46, of Lancelot Court in Salem, was taken into protective custody-drugs at 4:48 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, after allegedly being caught walking around the Bob’s Stores on Cluff Crossing Road without any clothes on. She was released later to a friend, according to a report.
Andrea L. Bennett, 42, of Elm Street in Methuen, MA, was arrested at 6:06 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2016, for willful concealment. She was arrested after an alleged shoplifting incident at Macy’s at the Mall at Rockingham Park.
