Wilmington Power Outages: Service Restored to Cedarcrest Avenue Residents
Residents in the Cedarcrest Avenue area were briefly without power service Sunday.
WILMINGTON, MA — Residents in the Cedarcrest Avenue area were briefly without power service Sunday night, according to the Reading Municipal Light Department.
According to the RMLD, power was restored to the area just 30 minutes after it was originally reported via Twitter.
It's always smart to check your refrigerator temperature after any power outage, no matter how long power is out. According to foodsafety.gov, you should check the temperature inside of your refrigerator and freezer and discard any perishable food items that have been above 40 degrees for two hours or more.
