WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Superintendent Mary DeLai was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in August, reports the Wilmington Town Crier.

Citing confirmation from State Police, the Town Crier reports that DeLai was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence on Aug. 25 in Salem.

School Committee members will meet in Executive Session Monday night with one item on the agenda:

To discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual.
