Wilmington's 2016 Halloween Sex Offender Safety Map

WILMINGTON, MA — There are four level 3 sex offenders living, working or both, or just frequently spending time in the Town of Wilmington as of Oct. 14, 2016, according to the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board.

Only the most severe sex offenders with the highest risk to commit another offense are designated as level 3 offenders, according to local authorities. The offenders are not wanted by police, and using this information or harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.

• Withold Wilhelm, 71, lives at 2 Brentwood Ave. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in August 1995, and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age in October, 1987.
• Michael Robinson (AKA Jordan), 49, works at 230 Ballardvale St. Convicted of rape and abuse of child in October, 1993.
• William Perry, 50, lives and works at 35 Oakridge Circle. Convicted of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, rape and abuse of child and indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in August, 2000.
• David C. Nickerson, 51, works at 945 Old Main St., He was convicted of rape in 1989.
