4th of July House Decorating Contest

The Winchester Chamber of Commerce invites the community to pass by the houses that participated in its Fourth of July House Decorating Contest.

The side of the house that is most visible from the street is decorated so you will see displays without having to exit your vehicles and safe social-distancing guidelines are maintained.
