Aberjona River Clean-Up Saturday
Residents invited to come down to the river starting at 9 a.m., work as long as you wish.
A release from the Winchester Conservation Commission:
The Winchester Conservation Commission is once again sponsoring its annual effort to improve the appearance and water quality in the Aberjona River and we need your help to make it happen.
To join the fun, come to the Conservation table in the Town Hall parking lot (between Town Hall and the Library) between 9 am and Noon on Saturday, April 28, and we will direct you to a location that needs cleaning up. Plastic bags and gloves will be provided. Please come with clothing that covers your legs and arms. Join us anytime between 9 am and noon for as long as you like. Bring friends and family! (Rain or Shine).
