Absentee Ballots Now Available in Winchester Town Clerk's Office

WINCHESTER, MA — Absentee ballots for the State Primary will be available Thursday, August 11, 2016 for voters who expect to be out of Town on Thursday, September 8, 2016 or who are not able to get to the polls because of illness or physical disability. Voters may apply to have a ballot mailed to them, have a family member apply on their behalf or they may vote in person at:

Reminder to parents: College students who are registered voters at their home address in Winchester are eligible to request an absentee ballot or have a family member request on their behalf. Forms are available on line here.
The deadline to request a ballot is not later than 12 Noon, Wednesday, September 7th the day before the State Primary. However, for those voters who need their ballots mailed to them please leave ample time for mailing the ballot to and from the Town Clerk’s Office.

For those voters traveling abroad or temporarily living abroad (Military Voters included) you may vote by electronic ballot by submitting a Federal Post Card Application to the Office of the Town Clerk.
