All-Day Childbirth Class

All-Day Childbirth Classes are intensive classes designed to meet the needs of expectant parents in just one day. Focus on labor process, including relaxation and breathing techniques. Classes meet from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on select Saturdays at Winchester Hospital. Cost: $190
