AUDITIONS for The Master Singers of Lexington

The Master Singers of Lexington welcomes experienced singers to audition for the 2017-18 season. Auditions include vocalizing, performing a prepared piece, and sight reading. The Master Singers of Lexington is an outstanding 30-voice chamber chorus that provides an exceptional musical experience in a suburban location minutes from Routes 2, 3 and I-95. Under the leadership of Adam Grossman, the ensemble is noted for inventive programming and compelling performances. The 2016-17 Season includes works by Britten, Hindemith, Scarlatti, Grieg, de Victoria, Ginastera, Susa and others. Our annual Pops concert features works by Arlen, Coward, Porter, Gilbert & Sullivan, Lennon & McCartney, Rogers & Hammerstein and more.

Rehearsals are Wednesday nights, 7:30-10:00 pm, at First Parish Church, 7 Harrington Road, on the Battle Green in Lexington Center, which is handicap-accessible and offers ample free parking. Please see www.themastersingers.org for details of our upcoming concerts.
