10 Fat-Loss Habits Challenge: Pick One

Pick one habit and stick to it for seven days.

10 FAT LOSS HABITS

Pick ONE of the following Habits and do it every day for 7 days:

  1. Don’t drink alcohol
  2. Drink at least eight cups of water
  3. Eat at least four one-cup servings of vegetables
  4. Sleep at least eight hours (including naps)
  5. Two times a day, get up and do five minutes of stretching
  6. Eat 4-6 Meals
  7. Eat less than 20 grams of protein (about palm-sized) with each meal
  8. Replace grains with greens during each meal
  9. Take fish oil and a multi each day
  10. Get more than 30 grams of whey protein each day
