Karma Winchester Hosts ‘A Night with El Mayor Tequila’ Featuring Fourth Generation Distiller

For one night this month, Karma Asian Fusion will transform dinner into an immersive tequila journey, pairing bold cuisine with the craftsmanship of El Mayor Tequila during a specialty event for the community on Tuesday, June 16th at 6:00 PM. This exclusive tasting experience will feature special guest Grace González, fourth-generation distiller of El Mayor Tequila, who will guide attendees through the brand’s distinguished lineup while guests enjoy an elevated evening of agave and Asian fusion.

Attendees will sip through a curated progression of El Mayor expressions thoughtfully paired with Karma’s signature bites, highlighting the harmony between premium tequila and bold Asian-inspired cuisine. The full lineup that comes along with the ticket includes:

• Welcome Cocktail: Cucumber Ranch Water, El Mayor Blanco, sparkling water, lime juice and cucumber.
• First Course: Salmon Ceviche & Spicy Margarita, El Mayor Blanco, Grand Marnier, lime juice, agave, and Ancho Reyes.
• Second Course: Crispy Beef Bao Bun & Paloma, El Mayor Reposado, grapefruit soda, lime juice and black salt.
• Third Course: Torched Wagyu with Rainbow Mix Nigiri & Tequila Old Fashioned, El Mayor Añejo, Agave, orange bitters and chocolate bitters.
• Fourth Course: Duck Pie Tea & El Mayor Extra Añejo
• Fifth Course: Foie Gras Club & El Mayor Cristalino
