Main Street Crash: Driver Arrested After Colliding With Utility Pole
A Somerville man was arrested after colliding with a utility pole near the Citgo gas station on Main Street in Winchester.

WINCHESTER, MA — A Somerville man has been arrested for operating a vehicle with a suspended driver's license after crashing into a utility pole on Main Street Monday afternoon, according to Winchester Police Lt. Carl Fuller.
Fuller told Patch Jose Aguilar of Somerville was arrested on a single charge of operating a vehicle with a suspended license. Fuller added that Aguilar's vehicle sheared the base of a utility pole.
The pole was located near the Citgo gas station on Main Street, and the road was temporarily closed. Reports of the crash began surfacing at approximately 2:15 p.m. Monday afternoon.

No injuries were reported at the scene, and Fuller added that alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash. No further information on the crash was available at this time.
