Hi everyone,
Summer is almost here. Finding the time and motivation can be a challenge. I'm going to post workouts that you can do in less than 10 minutes to kick start your program or just spice things up.
Today's challenge
20 Squats
1 minute of planks
10 push ups
1 minute alternating lunges
Do 2-4 rounds of that depending on your fitness level.
