Somerville, MA, April 2017 - Edward T. Holleran, Jr., has been appointed to the Middlesex Federal Savings Board of Directors.

Holleran is President of the Board of Trustees of Matignon High School, a private secondary school located in Cambridge. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of National Cable Satellite Corporation and the National Cable Television Cooperative, Inc.
Holleran is a pioneer in the development, implementation, and delivery of high-speed Internet services. In 2003 he co-founded Atlantic Broadband Finance, LLC (formerly Atlantic Broadband Inc.), the 9th largest cable operation in the United States. Holleran also co-founded American Broadband Inc. He previously worked for Media One and Continental Cablevision where he was responsible for introducing New England residents to high-speed internet access service. Holleran began his cable career at American Cablesystems.

A graduate of Boston College and Harvard Business School, Holleran is a former Medford resident and currently resides in Winchester, MA.
