En Ka Fair Rain Policy

Mother Nature sometimes doesn’t read the memo.  That being said, the Fair is an OUTDOOR
event, and  because (although we
don’t want to admit it), we have looked at the extended forcast…we want you to
have the following information:

If it is merely raining, parade, rides and tent activities
will carry on as best they can.

If there is any amount of electrical storm activity at all,
rides will be closed until it is safe to resume these activities.  People on the fairgrounds should take
cover during such an event, but not under the trees.

We will make a determination regarding the PARADE on
Saturday morning at 7 am using the local weather forecast and our own
observations.
