Andrew Bacevich is Professor of International Relations and History at Boston University. He is a contributor to NPR and PBS and his writings are published in numerous journals and newspapers. He is the author of several books, including Washington Rules: America’s Path to Permanent War (2010) and The Limits of Power: The End of American Exceptionalism (2008). A retired army colonel, he is an outspoken critic of America's military policy. He will be speaking, at the weekly VOTF meeting, on the topic of America's Wars since 9/11.
