Building Bones - Low Impact Class

Stay fit this holiday season with a class offered by Winchester Hospital's Community Health Institute. From yoga to fitness classes, we can help you avoid gaining those extra pounds this year. Also, for men who are expecting a special delivery just in time for the holidays, the institute is offering a Dad's Baby Basics class. This class teaches new fathers what to expect both before and after their little one arrives. See a complete list of activities offered below.

Building Bones is a five-week, low-impact class that focuses on muscle strengthening and stretching with the use of low weight bearing exercises. The workout is designed for men and women who want to tone muscles and maintain bone health.
