
Ellen Allard & Company to Perform at Temple Shalom of Medford, Sunday, March 11th
As part of the Boston Jewish Music Festival, Ellen Allard, multi-award winning Recording Artist, Composer, Performer, and Jewish Educator, will perform a Purim concert with her rockin’ Boston-based band at Temple Shalom, 475 Winthrop St. Medford on Sunday, March 11th. The concert begins at 1 PM, followed by a fun & festive Purim Carnival at 2 PM.
Ellen Allard is one of the most popular and influential Jewish musicians and educators on today’s vibrant contemporary Jewish music scene. Widely recognized for her appeal to audiences of all ages, Ellen has a unique, charismatic, charming, and heartwarming way of inviting audiences to sing along. When she sings with young children, she knows exactly how to engage and hold their attention, sometimes goofy, sometimes serious, but always meaningful. A fantastic Purim Carnival will follow the concert featuring interactive children’s games, prizes, fabulous face painting, piñata, Kosher wine tasting for the adults, and of course lots of delicious Hamantaschen for everyone (fruit filled cookies symbolic of this Purim holiday). Come in costume as part of this fun holiday tradition!

Tickets to the Concert & Carnival are $12 each, ($40 family maximum) and can be purchased in advance throughwww.templeshalommedford.org orwww.bostonjewishmusicfestival.org Tickets also available at the door for $15 each with $45 family maximum (cash or checks only at the door). Purim Carnival Only Tickets: requested donation of $10 per family at the door.
